DUCKHAMS 125TH ANNIVERSARY PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility: The Duckhams 125th Anniversary Promotion (hereafter referred to as "the Promotion") is open to residents of Malaysia and Singapore aged 18 years and above, except any direct or indirect employees, distributors, consultants, agents, and individuals professionally associated with Duckhams or their immediate families.

Promotion Period: The Promotion will run for 3 months, commencing from 18th April 2024 to 18th July 2024.

Online Contest:

• The contestant shall visit www.duckhams.com/malaysia-promo to access the online contest.
• The contestant must provide accurate details including first name, last name, email address, location, nationality, and phone number.
• Each week, participants are required to answer 4 quiz questions. Questions will change every week.
• Winners will be determined based on a draw.
• Prizes for winners will be 12.5 grams of 999 Pure Gold for the grand winner and 1.25 grams of 999 Pure Gold & 10 units of Duckhams thermos 500ml for weekly winners.
• Previous contestants are eligible to participate in the Grand Prize draw for a chance to win 1 piece of 12.5g 999 Pure Gold in the 12th week (15th July – 18th July) of the program.
• Weekly winners will be announced on Duckhams' social media platforms. Duckhams reserves the right to post photos of winners on social media.

Assured Gift on Purchase:

Customers will receive free Duckhams merchandise- a 21” Foldable umbrella (for PCMO Fully Synthetic) & Duckhams 125years sticker (for MCO Fully & Semi Synthetic) product purchase during the Promotion period within Malaysia and Singapore or until stocks last.

By participating in this Promotion, Contestants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Duckhams shall be final and binding in all respects.

Duckhams reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Contestants and to disqualify any Contestants who breach these Terms and Conditions or act in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of the Promotion.

In participating in this Promotion, the Contestant hereby consents to the collection and processing of their data.

Personal data collected during the Promotion will be processed and protected by applicable data protection laws and Duckhams' Privacy Policy.

General:

Duckhams reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and Singapore.
